Delete online

Sign in at lifebeats.ca, open Account and data, and choose Delete account. Confirm with your password and the word DELETE.

This permanently removes the account and all of its live readings. It cannot be undone.

Delete from Android

In the LifeBeats Android app, choose Account & deletion at the bottom of the entry screen. The app opens this secure website deletion path.

After deletion, uninstall LifeBeats or clear its app storage to remove any readings that were waiting locally to sync.

Delete individual readings

You can remove a reading without deleting your account. Sign in, find the reading in Recent readings, and choose Delete.

The selected blood pressure, heart rate, symptoms, notes, and timestamp are removed from the live service. Your account and other readings remain available.

Need help

If you cannot sign in, request account deletion by emailing support@lifebeats.ca from your account email address.

Encrypted recovery copies are not used for normal access and age out under the retention schedule described in the Privacy page.
